The room was clean. When I was there I saw 5 roaches. No cleaning of the room. The man at the front desk was nice though.

I stay here a lot. I like it because it's hassle-free.. I book it online, show up and 5 minutes later I've got my card key taking bags to the room. Staff is great 24hrs a day.. Just the fact someone is at the desk 24hrs a day is great.. Housekeeping is great and really nice.. They take good care of me..

The hotel definitely needs repair. Window didn’t close properly, and we had paid extra for a room with a fridge but the fridge was barely cold and the button to adjust the temperature was broken off. The smoke detector was open and no battery was it in. I would avoid this motel.

Good experience/pets owners need to be accountable
The ac units recycle the air in the room versus the outside air. Since, the property allows pets, the ac units blow out air with the pet smell and dander. The filters need to be changed more often and hallway carpets need to be deep-cleaned. The animal odor is quite invasive.
Staff is attentive but the animal owners need to be held more accountable.

Would not go bac
Hallways had a smell to them. Pool was ice cold for being indoors, not heated, the heater in the pool area was broken. Half the channels did not work. Would be on a channel watching something and it would go to no signal for hours before working again. Very limited channels. Hotel personal did not speak English well enough to solve issues that arouse. We were given 2 towels for 3 guests and told that is all that is allowed. We asked for pool towels and got small hand towels.
