Very rude front desk. As I arrived on the second day of the reservation, the front desk lady said that she would still "let me stay" as if doing me a favor, even though I prepaid for 2 nights. At check-out, no one bothered to ask how my stay went. Not yet been exposed to such rude and dismissive staff.
The rooms facing the restaurant/bar (many of them) are noisy in the evening, though music mercifully stopped at around 10pm. Still, if you are looking for a restful retreat in the mountains, bar music is probably not ideal.
The water provided in glass bottles in the room tasted strongly of chlorine and was not drinkable (unless you enjoy pool water).
On the positive side, the restaurant (Juniper) was very good with great staff and the location is beautiful. Having said that, Anantara next door also has stunning views with 10x better customer service.
