Meh!!
Our room was right next to the office so it was noisy all day and night with people running up and down stairs. Our bed was bowed so it was like sleeping in a bowl. When we were moved they put us on 3rd floor way in the back of the property so I walked down and got a grocery bag with ice so I didn’t have to make 200 trips with the little bowl they give u for ice and the lady at the front desk made sure I knew that was allowed. Her demeanor was rude and snide. I asked for clean towels and washcloths and the staff gave me issues so I walked down and got my dirty things and returned them in order for them to give me clean ones. Which I get it but she he demeanor is so off with the staff. We pay to stay and without customers you don’t have a job so a little decency would be nice. It’s decent for a quick stay but I’d suggest buying ur own ice as they don’t have fridge or microwaves and if u stay in the back you’re expected to make 200 trips for ice because they don’t tolerate u using a bag to lessen ur trips up and down three floors…
