房間基本上和網上的照片沒有太大出入，房間裏的設施也沒有壞掉只是有些地方會比較多層沒有掃乾淨，房間的設計也不錯有種古典的味道。基本上牙刷冇藥丸那些都十分之齊全。唯一缺點就是那一張床太軟了睡得人不太舒服。

Arrange ours 3 rooms in the basements. The reception lady didn’t arrange what she promise will call taxi to pick us to the airport next day. It’s very Irresponsible.

Excellent location but more provisions in room

I would like to say overall the hotel is very good, clear and the bed is so comfortable, and the location is excellent, as it located in the Karakoy station, is just 1 min then you can across the bridge by walk to go to the other side of Istanbul, and you can enjoy the beautiful scene of the Blue Mosque, which is so excellent! Across the river is the major travel places of the city, is a good pick for the 1st travel to Istanbul. I really recommend to people who are go travelling. Generally I am satisfied with the hotel. However, something I want to say as I reserved a general single bed room, is not a upgrade or luxurious room, I was so surprise I found there was no coffee pack and tissue box in the room, and the shower tap was leaking water and you needed to hold the shower by hand by taking shower as there was not a holding place for it. These things I feel a bit inconvenient as they are not special in other hotels. I would suggest at least it should provide one coffee pack and a tissue box, as I really need the coffee when I woke up. Hopefully there is a convenient shop just at the front door of the hotel and I could buy the coffee and tissue.

Truly a 5 Star Experience

This hotel was just like the pictures and there was hardly anything out of place. The customer service was always quick and professional whenever I needed anything or had a question. I place a premium on the air conditioning which many fancy hotels only pretend to have and deny any issues when you complain. That was not an issue here as the room was cold just as I preferred. The breakfast was very tasty and a combination of buffet style and made to order. The room did need some minor touch ups and the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. Another bonus was that this hotel actually gives you premium bathroom toiletry samples like shower gel and shampoo, which other hotels have phased out. I would probably stay here gain if return to lstanbul.

Simply the best

We have stayed at the Bank Hotel so many times now... for us it is like a home away from home... and that is how we are always treated by the staff. Like family. The hotel provides a beautiful oasis away from the bustle of the streets and the staff are simply the best. The position is perfect... within easy walking distance of the Galata and the Golden Horn.. Over the years we have brought friends and family and they have all loved it. Our deepest gratitude to Osman, Sahar and the team Bank Hotel. We cant wait to come back again!

My 5 days at the Bank hotel

Everything cool but …the me yes and everything written on cards etc et VERY LITTLE LETTERS ..and with the addition that the paper they use is brown it makes it much more difficult ti read it. Its a unusual that in the breakfast everything is included but … if you ask for a cappuccino they will charge it …😳. Nice hotel. Nice location !

Great hotel to visit in Istanbul

For our first visit to Istanbul, this was the perfect location. Thanks to the excellent transport system everything is in easy reach. The hotel scores on every front. It is beautifully designed, the staff are helpful and attentive, the room is comfortable and with all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. A lovely surprise was the birthday cake produced for my wife. Definitely where we'd stay on a return visit.
