Hotel staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to Minerva for the restaurant and parking recommends. Saved lots of money on parking. Having the ability to cook in the hotel was essential as groceries were easy to pick up. Great location for morning runs and to acquire pastries for day trips. Note there is a Church and the bell rings all day and night. I slept thought it however if you are a light sleeper earplugs are provided but this can still be a challenge if you cannot sleep with earplugs. First hotel we stayed at where the temperature in the room was perfect the entire time.

This is our second stay at Kvosin Downtown Hotel. We love it. It has so much space for our family. The apartment is clean and cozy. It is in walking distance to so many wonderful things in Reykjavik. The staff is helpful and friendly. We will be back again.

Beautiful room, well designed, very clean and comfortable. We had such a lovely stay. The staff were so helpful and kind, they just added to the overall welcoming, calm vibe of the hotel. We loved it.

Great location. Breakfast for us was included and was perfect. Something for everyone to chose from. Only complaint is the noise. Across from a church that chimed every 15 minutes all night long. They gave you earplugs if that would help you it’s an option. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. No parking for the hotel so you have to find street parking.

Incredible room, friendly staff, and little extras like ear plugs if needed to help you sleep. We had a family of 5, and this room was perfect for us. Probably the most comfortable pull out mattress from a couch my daughter has had to sleep on.

A great location and fab property for a family stay. Small kitchen to be able to do a bit of hike made food if needed and a fridge. It has a lovely bathroom and we had a great view across the lake. Everywhere was very accessible and we loved the happy hour!
