This hotel is close to the Spagno Metro. Nearby are the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Luggage has to be carried up a flight of stairs before getting to reception. We initially had problems with the WiFi but it was eventually sorted. We asked about BBC news on TV but this couldn't be sorted. We had to ask every day for the hot water to be turned on despite waiting for 5 or so minutes for it to come through the pipes. The breakfast was fine and the general ambience of the place was good.

overall our stay was amazing, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They were so patient with me even after I changed my airport shuttle pick up time three times. They also help me to carry my bags to my room and loaded my bags to the taxi on the day we were leaving. i will sure to stay again.

I will preface by saying that we should have booked things for Rome more in advance. Rome is a tourist hot spot especially during the summer months and the best places fill up quick. Infinity Hotel Roma is not a bad hotel but I do somewhat wished we had stayed elsewhere. Pros: friendly staff, good breakfast, decent location. Cons: expensive for the amenities, AC is sensitive, and WEAK WIFI IN ROOMS. It's 2019, people need access to useable WiFi in their rooms. Our room was on the main floor and the WiFi was so weak. In the dining area, it works. But not in the room. And being next to the kitchen, it can be a little loud in the morning. There are better options out there if you plan ahead.

Location was wonderful!! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Specifically Rosella and Jacomo. Rooms large for Europe and very clean.Breakfast needs some tweaking. No decaffeinated coffee available. Very nice though and got it for me from a restaurant next door. Choices of items were just stock. Wifi was dependable and air-conditioning very good.

Hotel was close to everything, staff were very helpful. Would stay there again.
