One night stay-Excellent front desk check in! She was cordial, knowledgeable and efficient! Hotel was clean and room was also clean and had everything we needed. Front desk gave us some info on dining for the evening meal and she was spot on!! Morning breakfast was clean and well prepared! Check out was just as good! Excellent in every way! We will stay here every time we get into town..because of the great customer service we had!

Shower head had only one setting that worked and it was a small and hard pressure stream. 3. Office chair needs replacing. Couldn't even lean back without falling back. 4. Ice maching not working on first floor. Had to go up to 3rd floor to get ice.
