不過不失
離central station近，位置於大馬路旁，人流少不會感到吵雜。酒店旁有小酒bar，步行5分鐘有小便利店營業至凌晨12點。酒店整體整潔乾淨，房間小但設備完整。可是房間設計主要用黑色而燈光很暗，房間地板是斜的，小心注意避免仆倒。

到火車站大約十分鐘，離超級市場有一段距離。 酒店職員友善，每次出入也會打招呼。電梯口有折扣卡，不要錯過。 房間整體整潔，可惜被單上有數根頭髮，反映後有替我更換，可是更換後被單粗糙，床褥有很多毛粒，睡得不太舒服。

櫃檯很親切，房間小但夠用，乾淨，每天更換，衣櫃夠大，廁所水夠熱。唯獨床墊很容易亂跑，睡一半就偏一邊，不是很舒適。

The staff is very helpful, they helped me to solve all my problems with heart. The location is perfect which is only 5 minutes walk from the central station. The room is generally okay. Everything is great.

Won't stay here again
10-15mins walk from Amsterdam Central station, not really close to it. Only one staff on duty, if he/she leave the reception for whatever reason, the main door will be locked by the staff. Room size normal, but the bed is not comfortable at all. Air ventilation inside the bathroom is very weak, the water temperature is not stable during shower. Even though we hanged the DND sign on the room door, house keeping still come in and staff from the reception still call into our room. (Huh?!) A bit noisy in late night as the back of the hotel was next to the canal, enginee noise from boats are quite loud. Won't come back again.

Personal sehr schlecht haben um 5 Uhr morgens an die Tür geklopft weil die Verdacht hatten das ein Person mehr da schläft ganz verrückt Aufzug nur bis in die zweite Etage da unsere Zimmer aber ganz eng in der dritte Etage zerquetscht war müssten wir selber schauen wie wir unseren Koffern da hochbekommen Zimmer Überfall Schimmel Ich habe Fotos gemacht werde es versuchen hochzuladen

We hated the attic room so much. The stairs going up are steep and narrow. Not safe at all especially for seniors. Elevator only up to 2nd floor.

The hotel is perfectly adequate but we felt for the price it was not good value. Hi lites were a super fast WiFi an easy walk to the city center and a reasonable breakfast buffet (€16:50 each). The staff ranged from wonderful to crabby, no ice, only 2-3 English news channels and only full beds were the drawbacks.

The location is excellent. We were concerned that it was in the red light district but we never found this to be the case. We were given the 4 single beds on the lower level which worked out perfectly as it gave us lots of room to spread our things. The breakfast was rather minimal and expensive. There are many places close by that are more favourable.
