Stayed for surgery and recovery.
This was the third stay and it has always been great. The Office assistant is very accommodating and friendly. The apartment rentals are minutes away from my Doctor's office, the beach and State Park. It's Great 👍

Nice location, Poor everything else.
This place is nothing like the pictures! The inside of the unit is in poor condition. It look like the property has not been updated or repaired in decades. The location is convenient, if you want to be on Key Biscayne. The staff is friendly. I would not recommend staying here unless you are ready to slum it.

Worst place, it smelled like Raid, door was left open, people hanging outside the rooms, very very very poor. I give it a scale of zero!

Run don’t walk.
Arguably one our worst travel experience. The staff is rude and untrained, the rooms look like they belong in a short stay motel by the airport. Do yourself a favor and never stay here!!!

Only 2 towels for family of 3. Bathroom missing tile and the shower pull was nearly impossible to turn on. No connection for TV in living room.

Needs some help.
Unit was two floors which was pretty cool. The place needs some TLC. A bunch of outlets don’t work. The bed needs to be replaced. No washcloths, which is weird. Fridge sounded like a freight train when running.

Nice place close to RSMAS
Nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the patio door did not secure at all. It's above ground but adjacent to another unit's balcony so as a solo female traveler that was a little unsettling. Overall it was a good deal though and I'd probably stay again.

Affordable stay in Key Biscayne
Basic accommodations. Clean enough and in a good location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff were pleasant. Property in general could use some upgrading but for the price, can’t complain.

Premises were within my expectations, I wouldn't pay more than I did though. The elevator was a bit frightening and it was basically self service, which is good if you want quiet and privacy, bring your own basic toiletries.

Dish Washer was broken during the entire stay. Pull out couch was way too small for medium adult to sleep in. Bathtub have metal rust stains. Towel hanger is broken. Cabinet door knob came loose. Ants on master bed. Bathroom sink won't drain.

It’s good for the money. We were worried after reading some of the reviews, but the place was actually really clean. No roaches. Clean sheets. There is TV upstairs and downstairs, No smart TV but we used our phones. It does need a bit of renovation, but if you want the Ritz it’s across the street. The pool area was clean as well. The reception was a bit tricky to found, you have to walk in the courtyard to found it, could use a sign. Came for a weekend. It’s very close to the beach. We would probably stay there again if we come back to Biscayne Key.

No hot water, no Wi-Fi, no soap, no cleanliness. No response from management when I call. Should not be available for rent. Going to call the health department if they don't refund my money.
