We will definitely be back to the Residence Inn
I thought with the price and being on the MM, the hotel would be just ok but it was wonderful! The staff were awesome (we had a few that were not) like the gentleman who greeted us when we arrived and the one with the dreads were perfect! THEY made the stay wonderful. We will definitely stay there again since most of the staff who made up for the others were great, and the location was at everything!

Love, love this hotel
The hotel was exactly what I wanted and exactly how it looked online. Our room looked out over Starbucks onto Michigan Ave. Incredible-I wasn’t expecting that. Bistro on first level had great ambience, food and service. Older gentleman server was very good. Bathroom, bedding, decorations so lovely.
My aunt enjoying the stay, also.

So perfect!
Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious room also beautiful, perfectly located near restaurants and shops. Hotel staff demonstrated excellent customer service, accommodating, friendly. Hotel restaurants offered delicious food and drinks. We arrived late and were able to have a delectable dinner w drinks. Restaurant had a varied menu of food and drinks. Looking forward to my next Chicago trip!

Most of it was very positive. BUT 2 negatives: 1 --- the heating system didn't function. Because of a glitch in the system to contact the engineer --- he came only after 50 minutes. He repaired the heating system and from then on it worked. The front-desk person was embarrassed when I came back after 40 min. because the engineer had still not come --- that is when the front desk person realized that the engineer had not received his message. I don't want to complain but waiting for that long was a bit frustrating. 2. --- the phone was really very dirty. (I wanted to call the front desk because of the heating issue.) Finally I went in person to the front desk because the phone was so dirty that I couldn't bring myself to use it.

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything was so clean and neat. Staff when you need help and super friendly. Comes with great buffet breakfast. Plus our view was amazing!! Rooms are veryyy spacious!

El mejor hotel de Chicago 10/10
La habitación con dos camas tiene una vista espectacular en el piso 14, muy espaciosa y silenciosa. Excelente para una semana. Camas y almohadas deliciosas y suaves. Gran servicio y atenciones. Shampoo, jabón y enjuague en la ducha excelentes. Desayuno abundante pero las opciones son pocas y lo mismo cada día, eso quizá sería lo único a mejorar. Totalmente recomendable la ubicación, a la vuelta está el Starbucks más grande del mundo, muy conveniente y excelente para el clima de noviembre. Volveré siempre!! El mejor hotel en Chicago en el que he estado definitivamente.

Birthday Trip in The Windy City
We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Chicago. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to Kennedy and Jade for making our birthday trip memorable. The only draw back is that it is not a full service hotel but it’s in a good location for many restaurants, shopping and tourist things to do. Thanks again!

Zeer mooi, centraal hotel
Zeer verzorgd hotel op centrale locatie. Hoewel niet aangegeven was het ontbijt inclusief, wat een fijne verrassing was. Zeer ruime en schone kamer. Grote koelkast/diepvries en verzorgde keukenhoek inclusief afwasmachine en keukenmateriaal. Helaas enkel een microgolf voor het opwarmen van maaltijden. Zeer grote badkamer met toegankelijke douche. Zeer mooi dakterras met uitgebreide bar en veel zitplaatsen. Als ik toch 1 negatief punt moet vermelden: de tv werkt via DirectTV met als gevolg dat een aantal zenders niet beschikbaar zijn (oa alle ESPN zenders).
