If I could give 0 star I would!
The site is covered in cat poo, the children's climbing frame smells of wee and has cat poo all over the equipment and floor.
Our “superior” mobile home resembles anything but superior. God knows what the standard looks like. The whole site resembles a refugee camp. Decking is uneven and dirty. Safety locks don’t lock close, toilet seats broken, sliding doors coming off rollers. Generally don’t have anything positive to say apart from the fact we left after a few hours and checked into an alternative hotel!
The staff were rude and aggressive when politely speaking to them about our concerns. Was promised the money back when on the phone to the site owner. However had to claim this through Expedia. Only for this to now be denied and the only refund we have received is a £25 coupon!
Honestly avoid unless you want to waste your money on a site that is unhygienic and resembles a refugee camp!!
