Terribly sorry customer service.
It was ok , we were in town from Texas on an emergency with our 3 babies under 3. We had only booked for one day because we were going to head home, but the next day we realized we needed to re book the room and our babies were napping when we decided so i booked again and paid in the hotels.com app to save a trip to the office when we were all exhausted and catching up on rest. Anyways, after paying and reserving the room again, the office began harassing us that we needed to cancel the booking we just paid for and pay directly with the property or leave the hotel and check in at 3 despite not needing the room clean and booking the same room. I explained if i cancel i won't get that money back right away and that I'll be ultimately paying twice since i already booked and paid for the room. After i explained this i was told i could pay 30 extra dollars for early check in which is ridiculous given the fact if i had reserved 2 nights originally for the same price, would i have to get out and check in again anyways? I will never again stay here. They are a rip off for minimal amenities. I'm a disabled veteran and small children. Plus they don't even have breakfast when they say they offer it.
