4/10 Fair

Poor staffing. One housekeeper for two hotels. Rooms werent ready 1.5 hours after 3 pm check in.
Charles, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great staff! Unfortunately the place smells of garbage and cigarette smoke, and the carpet is long overdue for replacement.
Craig, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Check in was at the hotel across from the Econolodge at the Super 8. Only 1 of 2 keys worked. Booked king, got king room with queen bed. Dirt and mold in bathroom. No coffee. Had to go to Super 8 for attendant.
Dirty carpet.
Dirt in bathroom.

This is a ok place. If you need a quick rest. If allergies I don’t recommend. Room smelled faintly of old smoke and weed. Door to bathroom had a hole. Style was dated. Carpets could use a clean but otherwise pretty clean for age. Wasn’t like some you wondered if they cleaned between guests. It was clean. Came with a bigger mini fridge with no freezer and microwave.
Anne, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean sheets. Clean room, although dated and beat up over the years. Just fine for a one night stay.
Kurt, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

There was no one at the desk to check us in, just a note telling us to check in across the parking lot at the Super Eight. It was rainy so my disabled daughter stayed in her wheelchair at the Econo Lodge while I checked in. Breakfast was egg and cheese bagels found in the fridge. They were good, but had no heating instructions. We had the hanicapped room which was fine, however no light shone into the shower. The carpet also had dirty spots. I did forget to take my daughter's special pillow when I left, and when I realized it about four hours later the cleaning staff had put it aside and were able to get it for me which was much appreciated.
Cynthia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very comfortable. Plenty of hangers.
Paul, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There was clothes and a shower bag left from the previous guest before me. So cleaning workers aren’t really checking/ cleaning properly.
Tina, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The air conditioner was noisey and ineffective. Cleanliness was very good.
Jeffrey, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room is clean.
Yong Quan, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very hot, no power and no lights from storm... Not really their fault.. Sign in at next door hotel... gave us a half loaf of bread for breakfast.. had nothing set out to eat.. Even without power, you have guests, you feed them... left hungry, tired, stinky.
Stacia, 1-night trip

This property was actually affiliated with the Super 8 across from Econo Lodge. You had to check in at Super 8 and no staff (or ice available) at Econo. The first room we got was already occupied; the second room we had difficulty getting in. Though the staff person was a trainee, it still took way too long to check in.
Leanne, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Check in time was 3:00 pm. They wouldn't let us check in till 4:00. Said they weren't done cleaning rooms. They didn't have any bar soap. Had to run to Walmart and get some. Ice machine was out of order.
John, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

why can’t all motels put a comfortable chair in the room , the ones you people use are like sitting on a park bench , no comfort whatsoever
Bruce, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The place was older, but clean and comfortable. Not sufficient blankets and pillows. Very limited breakfast. Fruit and yogurt would have been nice
Judith, 1-night trip

Lost our booking. Hotel not very clean and was very run down.
John, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Broken railing outside, no staff working in building, breakfast unavailable i. Building, went to next door hotel that they run for breakfast, which was pretty skimpy
julia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It seems ok, I just hope theirs so bed bugs, won’t know for 2 days from now if their is , bites don’t show up for 2 days after the sleep. If results are ok. Then it’s all good.
alvin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Our room was not ready even though we arrived hours after check-in time. Staff was not very accommodating and offered no recompense for our inconvenience. Breakfast was very minimal. Would not stay here again.
Barbara, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I really enjoyed the front desk clerk (Theresa I think her name was). There was some confusions when checking in due to our room not being ready however she quickly rectified the situation. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the internet and TV worked well and Theresa recommended a fantastic Chinese restaurant to order from door-dash. One thing that was annoying was that two semi trucks sat idling at 6AM in the morning for an hour waking us up.
Carol, 1-night trip

Stay away!!

This place is bad. The service started out well then went downhill fast. The faucet in the bathtub was broken and ran all night long. They couldn’t move me to another room because they weren’t cleaned. Then today they changed by debit card 2 times and my credit once. 😡

Not Recommended

The hotel advertises it has a gym; It does not. The front desk was unoccupied for approximately thirty minutes at check in time leaving guests sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. The HVAC was extremely loud and intermittent. A significant number of items were out of order. The housecleaning staff were very nice and the only positive feature of this property.
Michael, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

While it was not an inconvenience to walk across to the hotel across the parking lot to check in, it was an inconvenience to realize we had no toilet paper or Kleenex’s in our room. We called the front desk to have them bring some and when she got there, she had to ask again what it was that we needed so she could go get them because she forgot. Just a little not with it.
