No es como está en las fotos y la cama está súper dura la vdd no descansamos nada no dejaron clave de internet la vdd solo lo usamos para dormir como 5 hrs por que nuestro vuelo llegó casi de madrugada. No lo recomiendo, ahí otros en la misma quinta avenida por el mismo costo y están mucho mejor

Scam - horrible
WORST PLACE EVER THE PLATFORM ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PROTECTION EITHER We arrived quite late from the cancun airport. The place is NOTHING like what’s advertised. We had the large/lux room with 3 beds. The place is not only rundown to the point that I would not call it habitable. The mattresses were paper thin, no pillows, no blankets , wet towels which smaller like mould. The fridge was absolutely disgusting I complained to hotels.com and to the property manager. The manager said to just check out the next day and they’d refund us. So we did. THEN they told hotels.com that they would not refund us. I tried every avenue with hotels.com and provided copy of the WRITTEN chat with the property manager on WhatsApp and even then they would not step in and refund us. We we were lied into returning the keys but also had to pay for the next 5 days. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of protection hotels.com offered. The place is absolutely gross. I provided all the photos of the place and even had photos of my daughters sleeping on the floor with wet towels. We arrived at 1 am so we had to suck it up for one night but this is a horrible place. Stay or book at your own risk!

The apartment is in good conditions in general, medium size and clean room, however the bed needs a renovation. The building is beside a night club so the room is extremely loud until 3am when it close. The supposed "brakefast" just includes coffe, bread, butter and jam, this is served in a hotel about 10 minutes faraway... so this is a bad joke, it doesn't worth it at all!!!

It is a great place for a getaway or for locals. Not worth a whole week. You're in the 5ta ave so there is so much to do great location. The rooms are cute loved my little apartment. The staff in person are very helpful and kind. The check in/out system works like an airbnb. Most communication is done through whatsapp. The hotel is right next to a club so the music will not stop till exactly 3am it is super loud. It will make your room shake. Hotel does not include lunch I don’t know why it was offered in my vacation package so that was misleading. The included breakfast is only juice, coffee, and toast. You have to pay for extra for a cooked meal but the food is great. The pool and breakfast is in another hotel it is walking distance like 5 min. Its a nice stay if you would like to vacation on a budget. Thank you!

Hier moet je alleen slapen als je zelf ook op stap gaat tot 3:00. De rooftop bar naast het appartement heeft de bas zo hard staan dat de deuren en ramen mee vibreren. Appartementencomplex is schoon en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Enige minpunt is dat ik een koffiezetapparaat mis in de keuken en misschien een oven. Keuken heeft alleen een koelkast en magnetron. Voor de rest een heerlijk verblijf gehad ondanks de regen.

The location is great, right on 5th Ave. There is a bar right next store, like share a wall close and it’s loud. So loud that I think my heart was beating to the base of each song. It was hard to hear each other inside our own room. It stops dead at 3am. If you check in late (after 3pm) you have to walk about 300 m down the road to another hotel location to get the keys. Breakfast is not at the location, it’s down 5th ave (out the front doors to the left) at another hotel location. I’m assuming that’s the pool location as well. The actual door to the apartments is super hard to find. There’s no sign, it’s just small letters above the door but it’s beside a tequila store and a silver jewelry store. If you have questions you have to use What’s App to communicate with staff but they’re quick to respond.

Es un buen lugar si viajas solo. El ruido y la vibración de la música de los bares vecinos es muy alto. Pero al reservar aquí ya lo sabes. Además es lo que buscas. Cercanía con bares. Recomiendo totalmente este hotelito.

super noisy . night club opens until 3am .BEFORE 3am impossible to sleep. Now we know no5 ave is busy and noisy street and this hotel is just attached to night club 2- it took one hr for us to find the hotel this problem already mentioned but not fixed . Hotel name on the wall not easily seen . why not put a bigger sign !!! for tourist comfort please. 3-no toilet air ventilation (vent) 4 - for breakfast must go other hotel ‘ 5 internet and tv very slow
