The lobby was closed so you had to check-in/check-out through a side window with the ice machine running right next to you and it is very hard to hear what the desk person was saying.

The room smelled absolutely terrible. It was a mix of stale cigarette smoke and mold. There were cobwebs and stains on the ceiling and walls. The bedding appeared clean but had burn holes and was ill fitting. The shower curtain was black with mold and smelled rancid. The man who worked during the day pressed his face against our window to look into our room on our first day. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We only stayed because we had our dog with us and had already paid in full for our 4 night stay. Would not recommend to others and we will definitely not return.

The hotel was a dump. The rooms were dirty and the linens were dirty. The rooms smelled. This hotel needs to be closed down. The building was actually falling apart. They were bugs in the room. The bedspread bad stains and holes. There was trash all over the sidewalk

I never got fresh towels for my stay luckily i had bought a towel with me from home & i even asked the cleaning lady for 2 towels & 2 washcloths. I gave her my used cloths but no fresh ones in return.

I was put in the last room on the ground level. I had to get up at 5AM. The person in the unit directly above started stomping on the floor and moving furniture and running back and forth starting around 9 PM. This continued until midnight, even after repeated complaints to the front office. I finally had to walk to the office at midnight and plead with the clerk to move me to another room. I tried to be courteous, but by the third time I asked, I had to resort to threats to call the police and screaming at him, he finally relented and I was able to get some sleep, although not nearly as much as I needed. Never again will I go to that motel.
