During check-in I lost 30min because they asked me for 1000THB deposit and on the website they didn't say anything, I proposed to pay with the card...nothing. I started to ask for explanation, call the portal and after 30min they granted me access. It was not about money but principle and the arrogance of the front desk.
Spacious room, poorly soundproofed, bathroom leaked water everywhere.
Convenient and strategic location!
Very nice concierge.
Doubt to go back....
