态度很好，当时定错时间了也给及时将更换了。只是前台基本没人，入住和退房都很不方便，要打手机...退完房把东西寄宿在那回去前台还是没人，楼下小卖部的人有钥匙，告诉个车还告诉错了，没找到公交站只好打车...其实这里离哪儿都不近，地铁10分钟，公交很久才来一趟。如果你脚力强，也不是不可以...

中規中矩的B&B

check in當天，房務人員正好外出，幸好他們街尾的雜貨店有配合的人員，可能正好看見我們推行李經過，出來幫我們開門，放下行李，等主人回來的時間再做check in，因我們在當地沒有電話，如果不是正好被瞧見，有點擔心會在門外駐足不知如何是好，check in後主人給我們二瓶水，還能選要不要氣泡，這點感覺到有貼心，雖然不是每天有！ 不過我們連住了三晚，房間的毛巾都沒有更換，也沒再提供沐浴包，也沒有熱水壼可用，比較失望一點。

從火車站大約二十分鐘便到達，羅馬路很易認出，每一條都有一點點不一樣，櫃檯服務員很友善，不斷介紹附近好吃餐廳，不好處是洗手間要公用

Bed bugs, false advertisement of room(dirty poorly maintained, hygiene issues, noisy construction work outside windows) locks on doors hard to get out of rooms. Checked-in realized mistake and tried to get out of room and contact owner but owner had left building and when answered text he would not take responsibility for false advertisement of his property, instead argumentative and only stated no refunds. Listed as B&B, advise anyone thinking about this property, high risk of hygiene issues and bad business practices just con artist-fraud.

Stay away from this hotel!

Very bad experience! Stay away from this hotel! The table broke from the wall and fell on us, the refrigerator leaked some kind of substance, the handels on the door was loose and almost impossible to open. The AC didn’t work properly - was not possible to lower the heat. Checked out after one night and when we brought this up with the owner, we received no help. On the contrary - he said everything worked well, despite not even being in the room we rented. Also we did not get a refund despite the conditions. We took photos of this and sent but still no responses or help. Terrible hotel!!

Cheap, loud, get a receipt for tourist tax!

We stayed in the Gialel B&B in mid-September 2025 for 4 nights. The room was clean, and relatively inexpensive for a city-centre location, and there was a small fridge in the room, but that's about where the good points ended. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything happening in the next room. Romance is out the window when you can hear the person in the next room using the bathroom in intimate detail. Our room door was close to the reception desk and main door, so every time someone opened the main door or their room door you heard and felt the slam. The front desk is unmanned from roughly 8pm (they say 10pm, but I never saw anyone that late). If you have a problem after that, you're on your own. We had other guests ringing the entrance phone persistently for twenty minutes, which could be heard very loudly when we wanted to sleep. The room and main door locks use tiny rotating keypad locks. The keys are like those of a calculator watch, so good luck hitting the button accurately every time. There are no swipe cards or physical keys, only codes. I recommend taking a photo of the code slip they give you, and adding it to your favourites, since you'll want to refer to it. We paid the city tourist tax at the front desk when we first arrived. We paid in cash and I saw one of the ladies behind the desk place the cash in her purse. This is a small operation, so maybe this is normal, but I asked for a receipt. I strongly recommend you get a receipt too, and keep it safe

Localização boa, mas nada muito agradável

Bem mediano. Nota 5. Não gostei muito. Pelo menos a cama era razoável e o espaço tinha ar-condicionado. Mas vários detalhes demonstram a falta de cuidado. Me incomodou especialmente que não tinha saída de ar (exaustor no banheiro) e a janela não abria. E o produto de limpeza utilizado pelos funcionários era muito forte e enjoativo. O banheiro tinha um quadro tão brega, que parecia um banheiro de motel. Mas, enfim, tentei curtir Roma e ficar o máximo de tempo fora da hospedagem. Além disso o elevador não estava disponível para hóspedes. Como fui em alta temporada, no meio do jubileu e no verão, achei o preço razoável pela localização relativamente boa. Mas não espere nada muito agradável do espaço. Mas dá para o gasto.

This is not a bad place to stay especially for the frugal or thrifty traveler; however, I highly recommend avoiding this place in the intense heat. The rooms have no AC, and you will bake alive. Once the outside temperature reached 100°F, I actually abandoned this hotel for another around the block. I would only recommend this place for the cooler late fall, winter.

I’m a 21yr old and visited Rome for the first time, wanting a cheap and affordable place to stay that was in walking distance to the city center. Gialel is exactly that. I went during peak season and they didn’t rip me off, and it was a 15 minute walk to Trevi. No AC, but if you simply use the room as a “rest stop”, it works wonders. Clean sheets, bathroom, and friendly staff. Not much more needed than that if you’re visiting Rome on a budget.

La cama matrimonial su base era de unas tablitas angostas y del lado derecho estaban rotas, por lo que dormia como en un hoyo, busqué al administrador, pero no tuve suerte. Tambien el aire acondicionado hace un ruido raro y molesto al igual que la bomba de agua del baño, le hace falta mantenimiento sin duda.
