Poor experience
For an expensive trip there wasn't any smart tvs, the wifi would not work and there were only 5 channels available. The tvs would not turn on. Highly disappointed by this and I will not come back to this hotel.

I remember the Ivy being a top tier hotel back in 2013. It’s still a decent hotel however The maintainence of the hotel has declined. The main concierge guy isn’t the most pleasant either I forgot his name. Due to the corona virus When you request simple things everything is a no or what he can’t do his favorite word is “unfortunately” why is the hotel open if you can’t do anything? He also speaks in a very condescending manner to patrons I was perplexed. Honestly he should not be in customer service treating patrons that way. Show patrons a bit more compassion. The manager and female concierge seemed to be more accommodating . I honestly didn’t enjoy my stay this time around. The Water in the in the room seemed like it was running out and running cold everytime I wanted to take a shower. Ughh
