Everything is good except for cleaning

The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust on the floor and there was a vacuum cleaner in the room, and the dust can was very messy. Still, there was no strange smell in the bathroom or room. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. There was no kitchen, it was uncomfortable because I had to use tableware and wash the dishes. Nevertheless, this stay was good because of coin laundry rooms, convenience stores, water parks, and large lawns. It was nice to have several restaurants available.

They give you 2 options ie 4 hours or 6 hours The staff at the ski shop repair was nice and refused to take our gratuity Room could have been cleaner . Size was nice . 어린 자녀가 있는 경우 묵기 좋은 숙소 인것 같습니다 ! 애들 놀거리도 리조트 안에서 다 해결할수 있었구요. 하루 워터파크 그리고 마무리는 루지랜드 ㅎ 산에 있어서 그런지 더운 여름도 조금 덜 덥고 시원한 느낌이었습니다. 다시 한번 찾아올것 같아요. 단점이라면 40평형 6인이 들어갈수 있는 방을 예약했는데 조금 빌라 외관이 헐어 있었어요. 안에는 그래도 깔끔하고 괜찮았어서 문제 없이 잘 지냈어요. 방 두개 중 하나에는 에어콘이 없어서 밖에 거실 에어콘을 키고 그 방까지 가도록했지만 그래도 잘만했습니다.

예약할 때부터 연식이 있는 곳이라는 것을 알고 있었으며,그래서 리모델링이 된 룸을 선택하였습니다. 룸에 들어왔는데, 가장 기본적인 수건이 셋팅되어 있지 않았습니다. 그래서 문의 및 요청을 하기위해 전화를 들었으나, 수십번의 시도에도 연결되지 않았습니다. 결국에는 1층까지 내려가 대면으로 요청했어야 했습니다. 또한 다른 리뷰에서는 물이 3병 제공된다고 쓰여 있었으나, 이건 문의하지 않았습니다. 리모델링을 하였다고 들었는데, 수압이 너무 낮아서 샤워하기 불편했습니다.
