Lovely stay and great location. Easy access to all attractions and beautiful walking routes to the zoo and fc Bayern training ground, food and local bars/cafes. Walk into city lovely too. Only negative is no tea/coffee in rooms all have to be paid for in main reception/bar.

Good hotel, would go again, the rooms a basic, no kettle to do a brew in the morning but very clean. We had a bit of traffic noise from the main road as our window faced it. So had to close if you wanted to sleep. Not far from the Silberhornstraße U Bahn station 5 min walk perfect to get into centre.

Clean hotel in a good condition with a lobby bar/restaurant. Peaceful neighbourhood, very easy to reach by frequently operating public transport from the centre/airport. No fridge or water boiler in the room.

The hotel and area were great. The only reason we are not giving it a higher rating is because the toilet in our room did not properly flush and there was a lingering smell. We had been doing without room service in other hotels we visited during this trip but here it was impossible! Even with daily cleaning the smell wouldn't go away

Breakfast had a fair amount of choices and was ok. Room was clean but as with other ibis hotel pad on top of the bed kept sliding off the bed. Shower was beyond small. Difficult to get a proper shower.

O hotel é bom e bem proximo de duas estações de metro e um mercado. O unico problema que tivemos foi o ar condicionado q não estava funcionando, e não tinha quarto disponivel para a troca. Mas a recepção é bem prestativa, tem um restaurante/bar 24h, para pizzas, snacks e bebidas. No geral o hotel é mt bom.

Overall this was a pleasant hotel with a nice clean room. The main issue is the air conditioning was broken for the duration of the stay, making sleeping quite difficult. I appreciate this is a budget hotel - but maybe they could have offered fans or something to make up for the lack of A/C? Friendly staff though!
