It was terrible. The rooms did not look nothing. Like the website showed it. It was full of cockroaches. Couldn’t even stay the night. Ended up checking out early and just drove home. It was horrible. What a waste of money.

the attention of the person in the reception not friendly, his personal presentation is not adequate to receive guests in the hotel, no wifi signal, the photos that appear here in the app of hotels.com have filters, because when you go to the hotel it is totally different. In the rooms there is a smell to cigarette and marihuana... Its very expensive for a bad stay, additionally requeste a deposit of $100.00

Paguei o quarto com duas camas de casal quando cheguei só tinha uma cama de casal e não tinha nenhum quarto disponível com duas camas de casal. Solicitei o dinheiro de volta e negaram tive que dormir em uma poltrona, meu marido e meu filho que são altos dormiram na cama que aliás o colchão tinha um buraco no meio. Lugar horrível

We didn't even stay, we called around to look for something safer, and clean. There were cigarette burns in the bed blankets, not to mention black marks on the mattresses. It did not feel safe whatesoever, as there was a crack in the door and the wall so anything or possibly anyone could come in. The bathroom was rusting and disgusting. We couldn't stay there and luckily were able to find something else

Cockroach drug den.
Cockroach infested. Drug baggies everywhere outside the rooms. Paint pealing in bathtub. Was disgusting, I left and got a room somewhere else.

Hotel interior doors showed flood damage, mildew, smoke odor. Chair had dirt stains. Cigarette holes burned in bedspread. Room door showed evidence of break ins.

This has been my worst experience ever in life. I can’t believe Expedia would put their name on something like this. In Norway, this service has been shut down immediately. Given that this is the USA, we should expect higher standards. The fact that this hotel received an average rating of 4.8 out of 10 seems suspicious—it’s almost too good to be true. In my opinion, it’s more deserving of a 1 out of 10 rating. The website pictures didn’t match the room I received. The air conditioning was incredibly loud—I felt like I was inside a boat’s engine room. Additionally, there appeared to be a fire near the air conditioning system. The front door appeared to be open from the outside, and when it was dark, you could see imperfections. Unfortunately, this allowed creepy bugs and animals (mice/rats..) to enter freely. It’s disappointing that they didn’t split the bill with me. Perhaps replacing the front door with a shower curtain wouldn’t have made a significant difference. Regarding the cleanliness of the beds, although they appeared to be made, I still noticed nails, hair, and handprints. I’m uncertain if they were thoroughly washed. The smell was another issue—I’m not sure if it was mold or the scent of decay or sewer. The bathroom was the most unpleasant I’ve encountered. The broken and dangerous power outlet, along with the inconsistent water temperature, made the experience worse. My children asked me how many people have died in this room. Honestly, I’m not sure, and I find

If you enjoy roaches then this is the place for you . Low water pressure for the shower . The employees were great though . Excellent service from the staff , but the cocktoaches though. 1 star is just because of the service.
