We literally slept on stacked box spring beds. No comfort at all. There is no air conditioning and we couldn’t open a window. Thank goodness we stayed in fall weather, otherwise I don’t think we’d make it in the summertime.

The room was in need of a lot of fixing. The lamps barely worked and were about to fall off wall. The ceiling by the bathroom was falling apart. The bathroom counter was about to fall off the wall. The shower was extremely gross, with gnats and bugs coming out of the shower and the sink drains. The towels were also gross and worn down. The door to the room did not seal shut so we had to put furniture in front of it to feel safe while we slept. The room was freezing at night and the heater did not work. You have to request that they come and flip a switch up in the ceiling, which they did and it still didn't work. The beds were hard and sheets and covers where disgusting. Pillows were tiny and meant for dolls. It was a horrible experience and we cut our trip short because we did not want to spend another night in that room. We expressed these issues with the front desk and there was not much they would do. It is surprising that these rooms are not maintained better and updated. You have the money to do it and you don't have to have Marriot quality but you do need to make it feel safe and clean at the very least. I would stay far away from this Motel. I would like to see a refund of at least our last night stay.

The bedspread had holes & stains. The towels were thin & left white pilling on us when we dried off. I noticed the holes where towels are kept in the bathroom were dirty. There aren’t convenient outlets to charge things. There was a big banner that said “heated pool” but it was frigid. When my grandson went in, his lips were blue. It is pet-friendly & the front desk guy was very nice. They offered us clean towels daily. There is an ice machine & coffee is offered in the morning, vending machines too. Lots of nearby places to grab something to eat. It is freeway-close and the price is right!

Room was not clean shower had lots of mold and staining. Linens were stained. Some dust. Smelled of BO, stale cigarette smoke, and Indian food. There was only one single plug available at the desk area. Upon making the reservation, I requested a ground floor and late checkout. I understand if they can’t accommodate, but didn’t even review my request. There’s $100 deposit required at check in, but it’s not mentioned in the details or website. There were bulbs burnt out in the room. The shower is small and the shower head sprayed water out towards the bathroom floor. It was coming out of a leak at the base of the head and the shower curtain couldn’t stop it. The mattresses were way beyond needing replaced. It’s almost liked they used boxed springs as the top mattresses because you could feel the coils. When I checked in, they failed to scan the key card. So I had to debate leaving my stuff (and my dog) at the room door, loading it all back in my vehicle, or carrying it all back to the office to wait in line to get a new key card - all up and down stairs. I do like their pet policy and nice pet area. I won’t be back.

The bedding was stained w greasy marks, the blanket had cigarette burns & the pillows totally lumpy. I was able to get replacements & tried to not look at all the unclean things that were in dire need of repair also. Not sure what’s going on here w the upkeep.

The pictures online we're nothing like they said. Bed was so cheap. No microwave. Bathroom shower had all this brown stuff on the bottom. Towels we're super tiny. Bed was ungoldy uncomfortable. Pillows we're so cheap like ones that have been used over n over with stains. Stains on bed. Room 257. At last people we're nice. Noisy. It is known for drugs after talking to locals.

First thing my kids said when we walked into the room was “mom do you hate us?” Totally my fault choosing something because of the low price. Room smelt of smoke. Shower broken. Hair everywhere, not sure when and if the room was cleaned prior to us. I would never stay here again nor would I ever recommend to anyone else.

Poor experience. I was charged twice.

I paid for a stay at the motel six in St. George Utah, two nights ago. When I arrived, it was 3 o’clock AM. So I booked a hotel for Monday at 3 AM, so I could stay there at that time. When I got to the check-in lobby, the guy said that I had booked for Monday and I could only check in at 3 PM. There was no option for me to check in the day before because the day was already Monday. So Motel 6 made me pay for the hotel again. Even though I paid hotels.com the guy would not let me stay there unless I paid him again.
