1. Front desk staff attempted to charge me full room rate although I've paid via Expedia.
2. All the shampoo, bath soap, conditioner, and body lotion in room are provided in refillable bottles instead of brand new small bottles. The body lotion bottle was even empty which obviously someone miss to refill it.
3. Breakfast at Churchill is a mess. At first front desk staff failed to inform me about breakfast details when I checked in although it is booked via Expedia. Luckily I remember I have booked the breakfast and manage to call the CS staff later on to secure a booking time. However, even though I show up on time in front of the restaurant receiption, I still need to queue for more than 20 minutes before I can sit in, and it was a weekday.
