Exceptional stay at the St Regis. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of so well. Every single member of staff was so lovely and caring. They made our stay that little bit extra special. The restaurants in the hotel were brilliant too. A family member of ours had specific dietary requirements (no dairy or gluten) and all of the restaurants catered for his. Rooms were great, hotel was just wow. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, you just stay here!

Not a st regis worthy stay

My stay was not very good , I received a room on the 49th floor that smelled of cigarette smoke and was very noisy because of AC systems that were on the 50th floor. The water from the shower flowed all over the bathroom , the towels small, old and not fluffy. You can see that is one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi, it has some good parts like the food and the services but for the most part you can feel that is USED.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here for 11 nights. Our rooms were amazing, so comfortable and clean with the most luxurious bathroom. Every staff member was so very friendly. We were so looked after by the wonderful Vincent and Ankush at the beach. Santosh at the main restaurant who was so very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The ladies that welcomed us every morning at breakfast with such lovely smiles. We really could not fault anything at this wonderful hotel. Very relaxing time was had by all thank you all so very much.

Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. The room was very clean and service was great. We could not use the ocean for an unknown reason, no comp for that inconvenience. The outdoor pool was not clean, seemed like the filtering system was not working properly. The water was murky and felt untreated. The staff at the pool were exceptional and super helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated, but very clean and organised. For the price it was not worth it, I would recommend hotels in Al Maryah more.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to the beach. Very lovely staff. Our room was cleaned several times a day, clothing ironed daily, everyone did everything they could to make our experience a unique one. Breakfast and the restaurants are also very good quality better than most in the surroundings. Tea time was also something to try here. Overall a great hotel who truly cares about its guests. Thank you all for your kindness.

This was our second time at the St Regis and my goodness it was even better. The food was exceptional from the breakfast and evening buffet. The Italian, Catch and Azura, with Azura being our children’s favourite. The food was incredible and certainly has the wow factor especially in Catch. The staff are so very friendly and really do go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Special thanks go to Viola for always being so welcoming at breakfast time remembering our order every day. Bhaskar for looking after us at the beach, he was amazing and really made our holiday so special. Victor for also looking after us and being so welcoming. Raj who remembered us from 2 years ago also helped to make our stay even better. In our 22 year olds words “this is the best hotel ever, I don’t want to leave”. The rooms are so comfortable and luxurious. We cannot wait to return thank you to you all.

Best hotel we've ever stayed in

I have never walked into a hotel and immediately felt at home—until I first stepped into the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. My husband and I initially planned to stay just two nights, before finishing our holiday in Dubai. But we loved this hotel so much that our hotel in Dubai (also a St. Regis) felt disappointing, so we decided to return the next day, and spend the rest of our holiday with them. It was pure luxury from start to finish - and having stayed at many Grand Hotels in Europe - this was just on another level. The property is spacious and beautifully designed (I like to think of it as Arabian Art Deco) and immediately feels calming. But the thing that really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was so warm and kind, and genuinely made the experience unlike any other we've had in a hotel. We can't wait to visit again.
