The hotel is a short walk from the Elephant & Castle underground stop, and they were able to store my luggage for me despite arriving earlier than check-in. The room was clean, and the breakfast was filling. Definitely recommend.

Extremely welcoming, great value.

The hotel was ever so slightly out of the way (but that was why we chose it) but very easy to find and close to three tube stops as well as being just up the road from Borough Market/London Bridge and the fantastic Imperial War Museum. All of the staff were great, it was welcoming and well prepared...never stressful. The simple continental breakfast being included for all guests was a nice touch as were the free drinks and fruit. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

Great extras: free water, fruit, cookies in lobby! V courteous and helpful staff. We stayed in twin room. Only thing needed is a clothing hook in room or bathroom. Room was small, no bedside table on one side. Can use window sills in room and bathroom to put things.
