We felt incredibly safe at this property. It was well lit and had plenty of security cameras. We were greeted at the front desk by friendly staff and were made to feel very welcome. We didn’t hear another guest during our overnight stay.

Convenient and affordable but a little dirty. Under the bed and behind nightstand was dusty and had stuff. Pieces of paper, cough drops ect... had to reset tv to get it on, reset heater. It all worked out but wasnt sure at first.

Our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. There was also crumbs left on the chair and desk. When we turned down the sheets on the bed, we found a clump of hair between the sheets. GROSS! We decided not to say anything because the girl working seemed to be swamped with other chores around the hotel. Luckily, we probably won’t have to stay at that particular Quality Inn again!

Property and amenities were great. Reservation service was terrible. Booked through Expedia. QI & S lost our reservation on a very popular weekend and rooms were sold out. After 2 hours of investigating, waiting w/proof of conf# & payment, mysteriously a room became available from a cancellation. When we arrived, staff was very attentive, however, never received any discount and anything for the headache and issues with booking,

I stayed 3 nights. The bathroom was not very clean. My second night I was awoken around midnight to the fire alarms and lights going off. I ran outside in my pjs with my jacket. After about an hour I did not see any activity so went in to the front desk. Apparently someone was vaping in their room which caused the alarms to go off. They figured out how to stop the alarms but the lights were flashing for hours afterwards. I had to be up at 0500 that morning so I was not very happy. I messaged the hotel requesting reimbursement for that night but have not heard back. The coffee is good but other than that the breakfast is not impressive at all.
