AGENT I SPOKE WITH VIA CHAT PROVIDED THE IMPRESSION THAT I WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY GET REFUNDED. ONLY TO GET AN EMAIL STATING THE OPPOSITE. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT.
