We stayed at this Club Quarters primarily for ease of seeing Matilda in the evening, was a lovely hotel and we had a good nights sleep! If you’re having breakfast at the restaurant next door I’d recommend getting there early as it’s buffet style so some of the hot food was a but chewy!

The main issue was that you can't control the heating from your room, you need to contact reception which isn't something you want to do in the middle of the night. Bed was nice and comfy. The only other issue we had was that due to a nearby fire, there was no WiFi and there is no pgone signal in the rooms.

Room was great, reasonably spacious, comfortable queen size bed, staff were excellent, WiFi was average, breakfast is available at a restaurant that is “attached” by covered walkway to the hotel. We ate there only on the first morning. Coffee was literally terrible, very small selection of fruit and other cereals and hot items, no gluten free bakery items at all. For the price of 23.50GBP per person, it was poor value and quality.

Front of the hotel faces out onto Lincoln’s Inn Fields (park) and there is a lovely patio area to sit and drink coffee. There is a rear entrance/exit directly onto Kingsway with easy access to Covent Garden and the theatres. Staff can’t do enough to help and will certainly stay there again.

Room compact, clean and tidy, exactly what you need for a weekend stay. Facilities are brilliant, free hot drinks machine on ground floor was a good touch, and water refill points throughout the hotel were great. Brilliant location for transport links and easy access to Covent Garden and the theatres. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
