We spent 3 nights in this hotel, located a street full of bars and restaurants where full of backpackers that you'll see at night, it's rather good atmosphere and miscellaneous(careful of your belongings). Good facilities and the rooftop bar+restaurant is marvelous, breakfast included and lots of variety. Friendly and helpful front desk which is 7/24. Double bed + 1 single bed room is enough clean, THE ONLY THING was we unfortunately stayed at the first floor which faced the back of the alley, it's very noisy throughout the night as we can hear the local singing karaoke ALL NIGHT LONG, as well as the wall is 'quite thin', mostly can hear what next door couple was talking and doing during the night....... just saying. I guess if we stayed in 7th floor would be totally different though.
*Tips: If you fancy some very local stuff, try walk out of the hotel and turn left, until you see a school turn right keep walking, you will see a local Banh mi(vietnamese sandwich) shop called Banh mi Anh Phan that I recommended, very nice very cheap (1USD), also if you DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED buying coffee in Ben Thanh Market, same direction of sandwich shop keep walking you'll see a REAL local market called Chợ Thanh Bình, enjoy there and find everything is half priced from Ben Thanh Market (Coffee: 8000~11000VND/100g)
