I was a little hesitant to book this place coz there was no reviews. The place is exactly as described, has everything I need. Place is small but cozy and has all the necessities. The location is excellent, lots of options for good places and one block away from the metro. I was a bit disappointed with the communication on check in. I emailed 2x for directions but we seemed to be missing each other or the messages was sent late. I called the number as instructed but didn’t call us back. When someone messaged me back it was too late, we had already figure out their customer service office which is a couple of minutes walk. They made it up by following up with a message the next day asking about our stay. I mentioned about the toilet paper being low and they dropped off right away. Will stay here again since it’s a good location.
