Inconsistency and miscommunication amongst themselves are gonna hurt their business in the long run. Although we love the hotel and has been going there for awhile, we won’t be going back
We reserve a room for 4 pax. First day, they made us pay for breakfast because they only give breakfast for 2 pax. So we did. Our 2nd day, we were surprised coz the staff helping us went to the front desk to double check our booking. We were told that we don’t have to pay extra since our reservation is for 4 pax. We told them that they made us pay for 2 pax on our first day. They told us we shouldn’t have coz it shows that our reservation is for 4. They won’t refund our money.

Slow food service in the restaurant. Very expensive food price but it’s not equal to the value and quality of the food . Same goes to the hotel room price . This is probably a 3 star hotel
