This has been the most upsetting stay ever. The check in process required so much waiting and the management was super slow. There was literally a line of guests waiting for an hour to check in. When it was finally my turn to check in, I was given rooms that were not what I booked even though my booking was done so many months in advance. I had asked for 2 rooms with double beds and recieved only 1 room with double beds and another room with a single bed and a roll on bed. I paid $700 for one night stay and despite that I recieved the worst service possible. They also charged additional costs per room for my reservation because the reservation was done through a third party website. This was on top of the $700 I paid which was absolutely ridiculous and was not communicated before. They validated my parking but that was useless because they made up the same amount with the third party charge. Additionally, there was no tissue paper and fan inside the bathroom. Given that it is a Wyndham, this is not the type and level of service one would expect. When I confronted management regarding this, they were all lost and kept sending me to talk to different people without having communicated internally. Separately, they also charge $21 per guest for breakfast. Their breakfast was disgusting with old cereal and cold food. Not worth $21 at all. Overall, this was the worst experience ever.
