Stay elsewhere
When we first got into our room, we immediately noticed how cold it was. It was 51° in the room so we turned the temperature up. The heater kicked in and made such a loud banging sound, it was almost impossible to sleep. We were able to fall asleep, but woke up numerous times throughout the night with the banging that the heater continued to make the entire night. In the morning, when going to use the shower, we noticed mold in two different areas. We also noticed that the ceiling was falling apart and had a large area that was somewhat ripping.
We only stayed at the red roof Inn because we needed a place to sleep for a few hours to split up a long drive. We did notify the front desk of the mold in the room as well as the ceiling.
On a positive note, the bed was fairly comfortable. I can’t say that I would want to stay there again though.
