The Atlantica Imperial had everything we needed and wanted for our 10 day stay. The staff are amazing, always service with a smile. We elected for half board dining and we enjoyed every delicious meal. The quality and choice of food was first class. Our room was really comfortable and the bed was just right for a great nights sleep. They have different pillow options should you require a softer or harder pillow. Will definitely consider a return in 2025.

We had a fabulous experience in a swim up room. We were upgraded on arrival to the ‘residence’ area which had the red carpet experience included. This seemed to be mainly around breakfast location (quieter and smaller restaurant in residence area) and mini bar contents - both of which were excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were incredibly kind and funny. In general the food was amazing with a fab selection, I was hesitant before arriving due to a few reviews I read! Ginger was the best restaurant in the resort - the ceviche was amazing!

I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst enjoying holidays.

From arrival to check out, the service provided in this hotel was incredible. Particularly, the restaurant staff were so efficient and always very attentive. The buffet always had a great selection and was always of a high quality. Kolombya itself didn’t have much open in April, but you could easily not leave the resort. We will certainly be returning.

Leider wurde nicht klar kommuniziert dass zu Beginn der Saison noch nicht alle a la carte Restaurants geöffnet sind, sowohl auf der Homepage als auch bei Google war dazu kein Hinweis zu finden. Habe vorher auch per Mail Kontakt gehabt und immer schnelle antworten bekommen, als ich meinte dass wir gerne jeden Tag a la carte essen wollen würden, gab es keine Antwort mehr, es ist schade hier hätte man die Chance gehabt es und zu sagen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr seeeeehr freundlich, wirklich toll. Das Zimmer leider etwas muffig und wir hatten mehrere Tausendfüssler die im Bad immer wieder aufgetaucht sind. Pools waren leider nicht beheizt. Getränke in der Bar sehr gut. War ein netter Aufenthalt aber insgesamt nicht rund.

Echte 5 Sterne Hotel! super Strand, alles sauber, Personal weg genau was zu machen ist, alles neu gemacht, saubere neue Matratzen, super Zimmerausstattung mit viel Platz und viele Schubladen, Pool war immer perfekt, Putzfrau war sehr feinfühlig und hat sich Kleinigkeiten gemerkt. Essensbuffet war sehr gut und hier ist alles sehr soft und smooth gelaufen. man hat nicht viel mitbekommen von Reinigung oder Instandhaltung. Ich bin sehr sehr genau und sehr Kleinig, aber kann hier echt nichts schlechtes über dieses Hotel schreiben! Ich hatte wirklich dank ds tolle Hotel einen super Urlaub in den letzten 10 Tagen. Danke liebes Atlantik Team.

Excellent...apart from room and reception staff
Experience outside of the room was fantastic. Food was incredible and the staff in the bars and restaurants catered to your every need. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room for half of our trip and none of the receptionists took our concerns seriously. Our bedroom light didn't turn off at night twice so we had to go and visit reception for them to fix it at midnight, as our phone wasn't working so we couldn't contact that way. Our fridge was also warm, so the drinks that we had bought from the shop (we were not all inclusive) were not pleasant to drink, and the chocolate we put in it melted. Again, no staff listened to us and just told us it was a consequence of the fires on the island. However, no other guests were experiencing any of this so really was just a room issue. We were only taken seriously when we said we wanted to move rooms. Shame that we spent so much money for lack of comfort for half of our holiday.

We enjoyed an absolutely fantastic week at the Atlantica Imperial Resort in Rhodes, Greece. The staff we're extremely friendly, the service was impeccable, the dining options were top-tier, the pools/beach/sea were wonderful, and the rooms were immaculate. I can't recommend a stay at this resort enough. Make this a destination vacation... you won't regret it.

Hier kann man den ganzen Tag lang auch den oberen Pool in den Residences nutzen, man hat eigene Liegen auf der Wiese vor dem Zimmer und bekommt Service am eigenen Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das aussergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück im oberen Blue Bay Restaurant, der Sky- und der Helios Bar. Das Essen am Buffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, die Küche in den À la Carte Restaurants war uns geschmacklich teilweise zu experimentell, aber das ist Geschamcksache. Der Service, das Ambiente waren auch hier sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war toll, sauber, das Bett war bequem, der Pool war top. Wir hätten uns bei einem offenen Badezimmer eine geschlossene, separate Toilette gewünscht. In unserem Zimmer war sie nur durch eine Milchglastür vom Badezimmer getrennt. In diesem Hotel findet wirklich jeder Ruhe & Entspannung. Selbst am Strand und am Hauptpool ist es nicht zu voll. Wir hätten uns für den Abend eine Bar oder Event für diejenigen gewünscht, die gerne auch mal mit den anderen Urlaubern in Kontakt kommen. So bleiben die Gäste eher für sich. Eine Ausnahme war das Quiz am Nachmittag, welches die Animateurin mit ihrer ganz besonderen, lustigen Art zu unserem Nachmittagshighlight machte. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Excellent Holiday!
Our stay at the Atlantica Imperial Resort was absolutely excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout, and made us feel very welcome, and we were very grateful to have our room upgraded upon arrival to a swim up room! The atmosphere was very relaxed and chill throughout our stay, which was exactly what we needed and we generally split our time between the main pool, the room pool, and occasionally the beach - all of which were never too busy at any point, we never had any trouble finding sun beds or finding a space to play catch in the pool. The food was generally excellent - the buffet was far superior to any I have experienced before at a resort hotel, the food changed substantially every day, and as vegetarian and a vegan we never felt like we were eating the same meal twice. There is a lot of cheese and more variety for vegetarians, but the staff are keen for you to speak with them should you be vegan - although I don't think a strict vegan would go hungry with the base offering - plus they offered a range of alternative plant-based milks at breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would be very keen to visit again in the future!
