Parfait !
Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses nuits dans cette structure entourée de verdure. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel qui était toujours disponible pour satisfaire nos demandes et organiser nos activités et excursions. La chambre était propre, lumineuse, confortable, silencieuse et avec une belle salle de bain. Le centre touristique est à 3 minutes de voiture ou 15 minutes à pieds depuis l'hôtel qui reste bien placé pour visiter la zone de Monteverde. L'hôtel propose un excellent petit déjeuner servi a table, un grand parking et un service de réservation d'activités avec prise en charge directement à la réception de l'hôtel.

Nice but expensive hotel.
Nice but way overpriced hotel. No elevator, no TV (we rarely would use). No reading light by bed, though general lighting OK. Very noisy room due to poor sound insulation. Ear plugs provided, no slippers. Nice brook running right outside patio door was audible at night. Wonderful walking trails around property in the middle of a forest. Breakfast was ordered off a fixed menu, not a buffet. Very small portions. Comfortable mattress. Road from La Fortuna was just awful.

Nice Hotel. Did not exceed our expectations
Beautiful Hotel design!!! However expect to be told to pay an extra fee as a donation. We were not asked to pay but we were told to pay it. Nothing against a donation but be explained as a free choice. The breakfast was very nice!

Staff and cleanliness perfect. Room awful . Very small. No Tv, No Fridge , no drawers to put things in and the most uncomfortable bed we have ever had. Terry view from the room with large wooden bits sticking up and very messy grass etc, I know it’s a sustainable hotel but that does not mean that you cannot have normal facilities.

Great location, nestled in the wilderness but at the same time at a walking distance to the town and shops. Excellent and very pleasant staff- top marks! Delicious food, fantastic ambience, and wonderful very helpful reception staff. All the drivers who drove us to the resort, tours and to the airport were very good and courteous. This property is absolutely beautiful and the food is delicious. My only complaint is the walls of the rooms are so thin making it so I could hear every little thing going on around me, which definitely disrupted the peacefulness of the hotel

Beautiful and serene the surroundings were. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect spot. The quiet atmosphere makes it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for us. Every corner was spotless, and you could tell that cleanliness is a key focus here. The staff truly pays attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the little touches that made our stay extra special. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly service. The staff made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

El hotel no es acorde con las fotografías que aparecen, con papel tapiz sobrepuesto, donde se guarda la ropa es dentro del mismo baño, situación que humedece ropa y zapatos. Es viejo, ABURRIDO, piscina no tiene, es más un espacio tipo jacuzzi bastante pequeño. Personal desanimado, comida nada especial. No cuenta con TV, no cuenta con refrigerador. En fin no suministra ninguna experiencia que evoque regresar.
