The hotels furniture was old and looks broken. I did change three times for my rooms. The beds interior was already tear off and dirty. The carpets was smelly and the toilet bowls not clean properly. The WiFi only active at the first floor. I was at the second floor. And also the reception counter man was always not answering the phone. And my husband the one need to go downstairs and ask for help or needs some things frm house keeping.. This hotel needs to overlook your staff behaviours and please manage properly your hotels.. Otherwise this hotels will lost a customers

I rarely speak negatively, but I have to say what I have to say. This hotel is in an amazing location, decorations and furniture are amazing, almost 5-star level, but little details make the experience feel terrible.
The water pressure needs to be fixed in the toilet. My room was changed with the same issue. The shower is only coming out of the ceiling with a height of 2+ meters which makes you shower by slow drops. I have never been into a hotel that doesn't have an option of 2 shower sources atleast.
We called the room service for 2 days and they never brought what we asked for.
The reception would give us a new key and it doesn't open the door. It happened 5 times in the 5 nights we stayed.
Little details that changes your experience from amazing to terrible
