Wonderful accommodation - very comfortable, clean and spacious. Impressed by the industrial theme and history of the hotel.Really enjoyed the Thermal journey at the Spa.

Not a very pleasant experience; first of all the pool and spa were closed due to Covid outbreak, we weren’t informed until we arrived to the hotel, very disappointing as the pool was the main reason of choosing this hotel and in their website the spa is announced as opened. Second, our room wasn’t very clean, I have attached a photo of a pair of socks which were behind the desk, it didn’t belong to us! So obviously they didn’t clean there at all, in the shower room the toilet roll holder was broken (see the picture) and so it was the shower where the water was extremely hot ( we couldn’t use the tap to make it cooler) so we both end up with a very quick shower. Not many customers were using masks… so was also not safe place to stay in these days.

Lovely hotel overall. However, bathroom fan was going all night and we couldn’t stop it. We also wanted room service for food as restaurant was fully booked. Tried for an hour and a half to book room service. No reply from direct line nor main reception number to book food and report fan. So hardly slept cos of noise and woke up hungry ! can’t fault hotel in general though.
