Normally, I won't write any comments to the hotels. But this time, I must write down my poor experience. Blood stain was found on the pillow cover and I called for the desk for help. The receptionist ignored and repeated that they won't provide me an extra one. I know that they don't know English and might have misunderstanding, I explained it slowly, but I can heard the background that the receptionist was doing something else (I can heard she was typing) and she was trying to drag on until I gave up. I therefore took a picture and went down to explain with the picture. Finally, I only got my new pillow cover. Although the problem was solved, I was so disappointed for their service.
