The hotel room is very neat and cozy, and the location of the hotel is very close to King's Cross Station, where you can then easily gain access to other parts of London by public transport. Breakfast that was provided was perfect and it helped me to have a wonderful beginning to the rest of the day.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel.
Chambre pas trop grande mais suffisante tout de même. Literie confortable. Situation très bonne car proche des transports en commun dans un quartier très calme. Petit déjeuner anglais très correct. Et personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. Nous retiendrons cette adresse.

I have used the Judd for a number of years, all with rooms in the upper floors int he annex and main building. At 71 I am no longer comfortable getting my luggage to the top floor up the narrow last stairs. Only the night clerk offered to help us. My husband was not willing to stay more than one night.

Très déçu de cet hôtel je suis retrouvé dans l’annexe du JUDD hôtel avec des simple vitrage et une vue sur la pompe à chaleur qui fait énormément de bruit de plus la chambre pour 3 était peite et la propreté n’était pas au niveau des images vendu par l’hôtel.

Affordable and clean
This is a quaint hotel in a great location. It’s not got a lot of frills but does the job well and is clean. I was on the third floor and there is no lift. Not a problem for me, but for other customers they should be aware that there are a lot of narrow stairs

Narrow stairs and not level floor
We had a room in the third floor (out of three), and with no elevator and very narrow stairs, getting carrying our luggage was difficult. The room was quite small but ok, but the floors weren’t level. The worst part was the bed leaning towards one side, so gravity kept trying to roll us out of bed :)

The staff couldn't have been any nicer. They went out of their way to help us. Even though the bathroom was very small, we would stay here again because of the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. I can't say enough about the service we received. We highly recommend the Judd Hotel.

Not very clean, quite overpriced
The hotel was fine for a one night stay between trips - location is good. But it’s very shabby, needs to be deep cleaned. The bedroom wall was really dirty, had marks all over. Room noisy and can hear neighbours coughing and sneezing. For the price the hotel was not a great option.

Avoid.
Bathroom sink had a hair and detritus on the shaft that was there from Monday to Friday. Room was cold and the aircon on its highest heat setting made no difference. Slept with coat on bed to keep warm.

Good location, friendly staff.
OK hotel close to Kings cross. Service and breakfast was good and we are happy with the stay. Really nice with good coffe machine in the room and also at breakfast. Friendly staff and clean.

Okay but not a great experience
It was quite anticlimatic being shown our separate entrance at the building across thee street after coming in to judd hotel’s nice reception and warm atmosphere. Our room was at the top floor and the stairs got narrower and narrower, almost claustrophobic. The size was almost intolerably small but i cant say the pictures re lying - it shows the size quite precicely (the smallest ones. The light at the bathroom was broken and so was the usb near the bed. Luckily there ws another usb-access behind the coffee machine. The breakfast was really good, and it had a cozy atmosphere (then again, it was not in our sad building, it was at the actual hotel.) The most annoying part was the receptionist we met when we checked out. He seemed ininterested and arrogant when we asked for help on how to get to gatwick soonest. Turns out trains dont go to gatwick from st pancras that early on sundays and that caused a lot of stress for us. He just said «you have to go to Victoria» several times and then returning to his computer screen. We went for his advice but it was a really bad one. No trains went from Victoria. This nearly caused us to miss out plane.
