餐厅、人员服务（搭帐篷，in-room dinning等）都达到5星标准，但走廊隔音以及空调、排风系统糟糕。 最差的是排风系统，明明是无烟房，却在浴室传来脓肿烟味，导致半夜11点多换房。 而且明知我们有带2岁孩童，还有这样的安排，极度失望。 应该起码免掉我们一晚的房费，因为是夜晚11点才换房，导致小孩12点才睡觉，严重影响第二天安排，送了我们一程几十块到码头的包车。 赌客比较多，半夜很多怪声。
