DO NOT BOOK HERE; smelly, mouldy, filthy rooms, light fittings hanging from ceiling, stained pillows. Spa unusable and dirty. Rooms do not look anything like the online photos which is what really caught us out. Unfortunately nothing good to say here, staff friendly enough and doing the best they can I’m sure in a property that should not be selling rooms in this state. Very disappointing given this was the first chance to get away since Covid and we get this property in this horrible state.

Reception staff very polite & willing to help & at least the linen was clean. Room itself was really quite grubby including 3 lots of graffiti on bathroom wall - not a good look. As far as a cheap & cheerful goes, it was OK.

This place is falsely advertised, we will not be staying again! The security was lacking, to sign in I didnt have to show id or my booking number, i just had to say my name and they have me a key. Nothing was explained as to where amenities were. Took us a few minutes each time to enter our room because the locks were shoddy and the key provided didnt want to work in the door and the pool door was even harder to unlock. The rooms were mouldy and dirty especially the shower/bathroom. The lack of heating made us go to bed freezing even our small children were complaining it was cold. There was 1 small panel heater downstairs to heat a 2 story 2 bedroom place with the bedrooms upstairs. We killed a couple of spiders and a cockroach in our room (we only stayed 1 night thankfully). The "heated" pool was not heated. The spa was green/slimy. No dining/food options available at the property like it advertised. All kitchen amenities provided in the room were not clean. If you stay here, BYO hair dryer.

Stay was good for price. Beds were a bit soft. Tv was a bit small. Heater was ok - warmed the room just enough but had to be on high all the time. Bathroom was small, but had good water pressure in shower. Walls were a bit thin and could hear other rooms quite easily.
