Fabulous hotel in the heart of Sorrento
The location of this hotel was great as was the wonderful owner and staff. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and our room was so brightly decorated in yellow like the delicious lemons of the area. I highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento.

Superbe séjour
Situation on ne peut plus centrale, directement sur la place principale de Sorrento. Tout est à distance de marche. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits formidables. Il s’agit d’une vraie adresse familiale avec une histoire attachée à Sorrento. Le personnel est chaleureux, très gentil. Propreté impeccable. Literie excellente. Notre chambre familiale très spacieuse bénéficiait par ailleurs d’une très grande terrasse donnant directement sur la Piazza Tasso sur laquelle nous profitions de la Piazza et de son animation, une fois rentrés de nos longues journées. Le petit déjeuner est divin, tout est fait maison par la propriétaire chaque matin. La meilleure adresse de tout notre séjour sur la côte Amalfitaine.

Seriously, the most amazing staff and the best location in Sorrento. Lisa, thank you so much for your hospitality and attention to detail. You made us feel at home and you made Sorrento a special place for us. We spent 2 weeks in Capri for our honeymoon and added a few days in Sorrento to unwind before heading home. Lisa surprised us with Champagne, cookies and chocolate and a nice note on arrival. Our balcony overlooked the main plaza where we spent our evenings sipping wine and enjoying the live music from the various performers. Hotel staff helped us with our bags and transfers and worked with our skippers to make sure we had a seamless experience. So much more was on offer to us but we were completely spent from our time in Capri so we spent most of our time walking to local restaurants and cafes and buying souvenirs from all the nearby stores. Everything you need is right there. And if you score a room facing the main square, the people watching is endless. We will be back for sure!

Lisa, the receptionist made our day with her welcoming attitude. The room is nice, spacious & clean! It was nice to see one of their family members made our breakfast. Will definitely stay there again & again! Next time, I will spend more time enjoying breakfast in the dining room & the terrace! Highly recommended

A Serene place for visiting Sorrento!
It was a beautiful, clean and ascetically pleasing room! Loved the cheeriness of the yellow and our private balcony was a huge bonus when we put the kids to bed and enjoyed a cocktail on our own. It was a perfect location on Sorrento to the train station and the center of town. It wasn’t loud at all and we had great night sleeps. The breakfast was plentiful and they made coffee to order! The breakfast patio was also beautiful. The front desk staff was amazing! They were so helpful with finding restaurants, organizing day trips for us and arranging transportation. It made our stay so seamless and relaxing!!

The best hotel we have been to.
Our stay at Palazzo Jannuzzi was incredible and we recommend you stay here. Your expectations will be exceeded. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were extremely impressed by the quality and service of this hotel. The hotel overall is beautiful and clean and impressive. The room was big with multiple windows and large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne. The breakfast was amazing delicious with so many options. Liza checked us in and treated us like family. She asked us about dinner and helped us with recommendations and reservations. We can’t wait to return.

Ci hanno accolto con un sorriso ed un up grade, coccolato dall'inizio alla fine, in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli e con una ricca colazione in una terrazza fiorita. La zona è centralissima ma le camere hanno una buona insonorizzazione...si può chiedere di piu? Noi non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Excellent in every way!
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. We had a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the main town square. The location could not be better. It’s close to lots of shops and restaurants and not far from the train station. We were able to easily catch the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii for a tour and pull our bags for the short walk to the station to return to Naples. It is also only a 10-15 walk down to the port to take the ferry to Capri. The staff are genuinely nice people, the location is perfect, and the room was big and clean. I hope I get the opportunity to return to Sorrento and stay there again.
