Satisfactory services, but not special.
The service of the hotel is satisfactory. The old looks a bit old but in traditional Moroccan style. The charge is a bit high comparing to the riads I've been in other places in Morocco. Actually, not much to do in Casablanca, I'd prefer to stay in Rabat next time.

Not satisfying but sufficient.
Nice location with the bus stop and supermarkets nearby, and excellent service. The cleanliness of the bathroom and utensils provided at the breakfast buffet is disappointing, though. Plates and forks are VERY greasy. Also, the wifi doesn't work in our room despite the staff's guarantee of it working.

God beliggenhet rett ved trikkelinja. Lett å komme til jernbanestasjonen Casa V. Mange restauranter i nærmiljøet. Men det er en del støy fra gata og hotellet hadde hatt behov for en makeover. Spaet var stengt. I sum er dette et helt ok hotell, men ikke forvent for mye.

The towels were really dirty.Very old, no well care property. Bad smell in the room. We asked the satf to come to low the temperature for air conditioning and they never come.However some people of staff were very king but very difficult to understand english or spanish. Déçus .....
Séjour correct le 1er jour. Mais les 2ème et 3ème jours, nous avons eu à subir de grosses nuisances sonores dûes à des travaux (coups de marteau). Nous avons donc quitté l'hôtel avant la 3ème nuit, avec la promesse de nous faire rembourser la 3ème journée. Promesse du responsable Mr MEHDI. Pour l'instant nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursés, malgré notre réclamation faite en bonne et due forme sur le site de Hotel.com, et l'indication que notre dossier allait être traité (il y a 5 jours maintenant).

I really enjoyed my stay
Hello. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Everything was great including the location. 4 minutes walk from downtown ctm bus station, for example. Tram transit stop right outside the door. The place was very quiet, except for car horns during rush hour. The place is very tastefully and colorfully designed. Staff were fun and helpful. And it was very reasonably priced!

The Moroccan decor is really beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels . I booked with dinner included , and was treated to a different Moroccan speciality each night. Two nights it was tajine , one fish and one chicken. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including eggs any style and beautiful crusty bread

Brutale portier, beperkt comfort, redelijke prijs
Bij aankomst werd er gelijk verwacht dat ik de portier fooi zou geven, terwijl ik eerst in de lobby moest wachten omdat er geen personeel was. Het bedrag wat ik in eerste instantie wilde geven was niet voldoende, dus pakte de portier eigenhandig het gewenste bedrag uit mijn portemonnee. Vervolgens kom ik op de kamer welke in eerste instantie er prima uitzag. Behalve dat er haren (niet in mijn eigen haarkleur) op het bed en in de badkamer lagen. Op de handoeken zaten roestkleurige vlekken (waarschijnlijk van het wassen). Daarnaast zat de toiletknop los en was er onder/achter het toilet niet goed schoongemaakt. De wasservice van het hotel was redelijk, wel 2 a 3 keer zo duur als bij andere hotels in Marokko. De prijs van de kamer (€35 per nacht, alleen kamerhuur) was relatief laag voor de regio waar het hotel zit. Dit kwam mede doordat het hotel deels verbouwd werd. Voor een goedkope overnachting is het een prima hotel, maar verwacht verder niet te veel.
