During the check-in process, my debit card was charged three different times for the full amount of the 7-day stay. I am still waiting to see the reversal of these charges.
The rooms are not adequately cleaned before guests check in. The first room I got had a problem with the air conditioner, in the middle of the second night, it shut off and could not be restarted. The second room I was assigned had issues with its AC unit, the grill on the unit was missing, and it had dust caked in the screen. After the first night, I found a puddle of condensation water on the floor in front of the AC, so I had to move rooms again.
In the third room I was assigned, the sheets on the beds were still dirty from the last guest and had what I can only guess were blood stains.
