Pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles
Très déçus. L'hôtel est référencé 5* mais il n'est pas à la hauteur dautres 5* au même prix. La chambre familiale est spacieuse mais vieillissante et d'un décor très "faux chic " tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. Le lavabo est vide, aucun savon pour les mains, petites serviettes pour les mains. Les volets sont des persiennes qui ne laissent aucune obscurité à la chambre. Les bâtiments d'extérieur sont jolis et typiques de la Crète. La salle de retaurant principal est immense et nous donne l'impression de manger à la cantine. L'hôtel est très bruyant en intérieur et la musique à la piscine... En point positif : le restaurant italien, très bon et les serveurs adorables et l'espace de la gande piscine non chauffée. Sinon, le personnel peut être souvent fermé et peu agréable.

Endroit magnifique et toujours aussi accueillant pour les familles. Buffet magnifique et nourriture excellent: personnel disponible et agréable...Les restaurants proposent des repas à la carte raffinés mais ils ne sont pas toujours facile s à réserver : nos remerciements à Rea pour son aide et sa disponibilité, cela nous a permis de passer une très belle soirée d' anniversaire.Les piscines sont belles mais il y a quelques problèmes de réservation de transats..la crêperie est un vrai délice et le personnel est au petit soin merci ! Toujours un réel plaisir de venir dans cet établissement...

Awesome place. We stayed only 3 nights, but this is really a luxurious place with extraordinary service and outstanding all inclusive. The beach is nice with rough sand but sharp stones in the narrow water. Not the best place for swimming without swimming-shoes.

No better hotel to go to then here in all hersonissos The service, bars, beach, rooms, clean. The best hotel for the ultimate vacation experience, the hotel staff always thinking of the little details that make the big difference A special shout out to the hotels nutritionist REA she took care of our specific dietary needs making our vacation so much easier And to all the staff at the front desk the bar man on bar on the entrance level and to petros the waiter All in all an amazing hotel and hospitality!!

I want to start off by saying that this facility was super clean and housecleaning was very nice. Concierge was not helpful, the food was not good and I could not even get a reservation two of the 3 nights and I was one person. The location is remote and even though there is a beach front it is not swimable.

Great for families - too noisy for my liking sadly
Check in was amazing with Angela - quick & efficient - cool drink & hand towel. The room we were taken to was 324 on the Laguna site. It’s a corner room so the layout isn’t as polished as the picture I had seen of my sea view room booked. The balcony was tiny and walled in - no view unless your standing / the view then was of the sea and crepe bar. The room felt over crowded with the 2 chaise lounges and other furniture. After some complaining we were luckily moved to a better situated room with the view I expected 654. This room was sea view & pool view. The hotel itself is huge and layered over many steps & zones - consider the main building if you’re less mobile. The main pool has lots of activity & music throughout the day. The sunloungers were pretty tightly packed in. We chose a closer pool to the room for convenience. I do think you need to select your beds early and protect them before 9.30am. The pool man does his best to remove blocked beds but it’s not ideal as no one does it on his day off. I was sure the pool we sat at was considered adults only but it sadly wasn’t / tonnes of flotation beds / balls and children. I was shocked that so many didn’t use the children’s pools which were lovely and had a lovely water slide to entertain. Overall the family theme stood out a mile as the children’s entertainment was lively & fun. The adult entertainment was lacking in parts and pretty cramped for space on the hotel veranda. Adults could retreat to the small champagne bar.

We enjoyed our vacation- it’s our second time. The room was large enough to fit 2 adults and 2 teens (14, 16) comfortably. We had fun and quiet in the pool which was not the main one, as we had access from our room. Recommended!
