Basic room with balcony,wardrobe,table,TV,internet.Shower room OK.Only hand wash provided.Plenty of towels.Great breakfast with many choices from cold or hot buffet and coffee machines with cappuccino,coffee with milk, espresso etc.Bus stop to go to airport and Palma 5 minutes walk.

For being a 2 star hotel, this place is fantastic and I wouldn't dream of giving it less than 5 stars! Normally when a hotel or any other kind of business (Ryanair or other low cost flights for example) try to keep the prices down, they normally try to make up for it by charging you for every tiny little thing they can think of. This hotel has chosen a completely different strategy - keep the prices down and have only 1 priority - to make the guests happy! For example - on the day of your departure you're welcome to spend the rest of the day by the pool and use their showers and dressing room when you're done. And you get free towels even though you've checked out. No extra fee. Same thing on the day of arrival. They also have free shuttles to the beach (the nearest beach is very easy to walk to, but the shuttle takes you a bit further where there are slightly more bars and restaurants etc) and every staff is warm and friendly and makes you feel really welcome. Also the prices in the bar is very low. They say it's the cheapest you'll find in Arenal, and I believe them. When I booked the breakfast for 6 euros, I didn't expect much more than a continental spread, but there were 3 different types of eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled), tortilla, sausages, bacon and loads of veg (cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers and fried mushrooms, peppers etc), at least 6 types of fruit (watermelon, pinepple, kiwi, grapefruit, oranges etc) I'm simply so impressed with them! :)

Great budget hotel
Great value hotel, friendly staff, lovely breakfast(can be paid for at reception on the day) the pool area and sun loungers were great. The air con in the room worked really well and the room was cleaned every day. The only negatives were the beds were very creaky and there were a lot of noisy people staying there while I was there, it says there are quiet hours but there was a lot of noise until 2-3am every night, hopefully this was a one off but maybe take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! The bus stop was just round the corner and it was really easy to get the bus from the airport and in to Palma.

Soggiorno nella media, prezzo economico
Complessivamente bene. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso questo hotel. Non è all ultimo grido ma per quel che abbiamo pagato è andata super bene. Avevo letto alcuni problemi per quanto riguarda l’insonorizzazione, e devo aimè confermarlo. Muri e finestre sottili, per tanto si sentono rumori di vicini, o della strada. La pulizia delle stanze avviene solo se la richiedi. Molto buona la colazione (non provate a portare via del cibo se non volete essere ripresi), ottimo il climatizzatore in stanza, e la reception aperta 24/24H. Vicino a fermata del bus e al noleggio motorini. Voto 6,5.

Un hôtel simple mais très propre. Piscine agréable. Une navette pour aller à la plage sauf le lundi et mardi. Chambre petite, sans mini bar. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Pas de restauration.

Onze ervaring
Een leuke hotel met goede huisregels als je wilt ontspannen na een drukke dag. Als je de hotel binnenloopt het ziet best fancy uit, maar de kamers zijn minder mooi, maar om te kunnen slapen is het prima. Hotel heeft huisregels dat je na 23.00 moet stil blijven, en mag niet feesten-we vonden dit echt fijn, we konden wel goed uitrusten zonder lawaai. Hotel heeft ook een zwembad, we zijn een keer binnengeweest, we vonden de water erg extreem naar chloor ruiken (ook hetzelfde met de douche op kamer). Hotel heeft geen eigen parkeerplaats, moet je altijd eerst zoeken of er is een vrije spot op straat is, anders moet je een paar honderd meter verderop parkeren (een hele grote terrein, die ‘s avonds ook redelijk vol is).

Da keine Kommunikation vor der Anreise möglich war nicht mal mehr über die Plattform Expedia war die Anreise sehr schlecht. Es wurden keine Daten zu den Reisenden übermittelt . Das Hotel ist nichtmal über die angegebenen Telefonnummer im Internet erreichbar, geschweigeden über Email Kontakt! Miserabler Service . Auch Expedia hat versprechungen eingehalten die im Nachhinein nicht gehalten wurden

Camera poco curata, rumorosa, si sentiva russare gli altri ospiti, ci hanno dato la camera vicino al ascensore e si continuava a sentire il rumore.. lenzuola sporche e sono stati trovati peli altrui, asciugamani corpo con evidenti macchie ingiallite.
