Clean, comfortable nicely redone boutique hotel. I like the check in process :) I like that you don't wait in a line to check in you just do online/text. No issues whatsoever. Really enjoyed this place and would recommend it.

We stayed at The Jaxon before our cruise. It was in a convenient location. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, toiletries were nice. We had booked one night on our return from cruise but decided to do two nights. The customer service was very helpful. We had a great stay here both times!

The Hotel is very beautiful and quiet the truth they give you almost what you need in the Hotel they give you towel soap cream even shoes and towels of course There's even coffee and milk and if you want to cook there's talks there's everything in there the only thing I didn't like is the kitchen it's very close to the bed if you cook something the sheet for Willy was the food 😅😅😅

Horrible, they told me they would text me the information for the room. They never did. When I called, they had a nasty woman, slurring her speech. I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She hung up on me. I never stayed there and they're still charging me. And I was almost accosted and almost robbedin the parking lot

Upon arrival with my adolescent son, a man was smoking a joint outside by the railing adjacent to our room. We left for dinner and came back to find the smell permeating throughout the complex. I called the on call number and the guy that answered was very unhelpful and would not allow me to cancel our stay. We left and booked another hotel in the area. I would not consider this place a boutique hotel, I typically don’t say this, but stick with the hotel chains, you will be glad you did. Also, the hotels.com customer support person was very helpful but got nowhere with the property management as they “have a strict policy”.

Great stay at Jaxon. Only thing I would recommend is to have curtains from the sun beaming into the room. And parking was good until my last stay, had to park in handicapped spot. Great communication with the owners. And every clean room, def would stay there again

The hotel was acceptable overall, but I would not choose to stay here again. We stayed in Room 2, a two-bedroom suite. While the space itself was fine, there were several issues that impacted our comfort. The beds were extremely soft, to the point of being uncomfortable. The room also received significant light at night from the road-facing windows, and combined with the loud road noise, this made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the internet connection was very unreliable. We felt the stay reflected what we paid for; however, the experience could be greatly improved with blackout curtains, more reliable Wi-Fi, and firmer mattresses.
