Fabulous hotel, attentive staff, great location. This is a perfect hotel for people interested in a quieter part of Puerto Vallarta yet close to everything. The rooftop pool is a great place to enjoy the city and sunsets.

Really nice, smaller place - clean and newer -in a quieter residential area a short walk to beach and shopping - oxxo next door —appreciated the in room fridge & microwave — beds on very firm side —close to super cafes and restaurants - awesome service staff!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The service was excellent. Very clean rooms. Nice restaurants and coffee shops were very close by. Costco was a short walk away.

Everything is excellent! Clean room, outstanding staff. They brought good food in for all the guests while we were on lockdown.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff and management are so nice and kind. The place is kept spotlessly clean and the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. We really enjoyed the pool deck and the pool. The area - Fluvial and Versalles - offer so many excellent restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location and wonderful stay overall.
The hotel is in a great area, making it very convenient to get around. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room, staff, and service well exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and had small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family. Every single staff was beyond friendly and accomodating. We will be reommendikg this hotel to all friends and family that will be travelling to PV.

The staff is amazing. During the cartel conflict, we were suppose to stay in the hotel and not go out for 2 days. Most stores were closed. The ones that are open are The staff bought us food, gave us coffee, really took care of us.
Room is big and clean. The swimming pool is nice and the rooftop area has many seatings.

En la primer noche que llegamos nos quisieron extorsionar, el personal de recepción dió nuestra información y no recibimos apoyo del hotel , por seguridad tuvimos que llamar a una patrulla para poder salir del hotel , horrible experiencia

Habitación muy limpia y camas cómodas los detalles de la camarista en el arreglo con mucho esmero, todo el personal muy amable en general, hotel bien ubicado con un costco a poca distancia caminando y una comer también, enseguida del hotel un farmacia Guadalajara las 24 horas, malecón en auto a unos 15 minutos.
