i was a bit scared after seeing so many negative reviews but after staying here, it was literally fine!!! you gotta keep in mind this is a huge university town, of COURSE it will be loud! however, we were not terribly disturbed by the noise- it really wasn't bad at all, i didn't get woken up by any noise. the beds were also fine. yes, there was a bit of an odor, but it was not horrible. the room was small, but fine as we were out and about a lot of the time/didn't stay in the room for a lot of the day. yes, it's a shared bathroom but i didn't have any issues with that. it was clean and i never had to wait to use it. i actually do like how there was a full kitchen too, even if it was shared. i didn't encounter anyone else while i stayed even though there were others there. overall, absolutely fine place to stay!!!!
