優點： 職員親切友善 早餐也不錯，雖然種類不多算 房間衛生可以 房間大 龍橋就在酒店對面 缺點： 隔音問題不太好，晚上時會聽到街外響起的音樂 另，本以為酒店可以望河景才訂的，但窗外的景是主望建築物，而非全望河，而側身。不太明白為什麼此類型房型收費會比望得到河景的房型還貴？

The staff refused to accept the itinerary number from Hotel.com. Instead, they insisted on searching for our reservation through their new AI system, which took about 45 minutes to locate it. Additionally, the food was prepared in a European style, not Asian.

Caro Premium is a very well-kept property. The location was perfect for my needs - close to restaurants, walking distance to the Night Market and the most beautiful riverside view. I stayed in 1401, the grand suite, with almost 180 degree views & a quiet corner area. The technology in the room is top-notch, with many switches for lighting & comfort. The breakfast is superb - with a good variety & the option to add made-to-order items. The staff really goes above and beyond with service and even though the hotel is in the middle of the city, there is zero noise. I gave 4-stars only for a miscommunication with my very late check-in, though Mien came to the rescue and found a room for me to shower/rest until the next day when i checked into the room I booked originally. The entire property is very clean and the decor is very nice. They even gave me a takeaway box for breakfast when i had an esrly tour. I would 100% stay here again when I'm in Da Nang.

Accueil formidable de la part de tout le personnel, chambre très confortable et propre, petit déjeuner excellent, j enlève une étoile faute à l insonorisation des chambres , impossible de dormir sans bouchons d oreilles , manque egalement des transats à la piscine , reproche fait depuis le début à la direction et qui malgré ses réponses de prises en compte n en met pas .

The hotel is reasonably new and has great views of the da nang vista , for the tet fire works it was absolutely amazing. Also a front seat view of the dragon bridge fire show at night. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were fantastic.

Great room, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast selection. The location is very good. Had a nice view of the dragon bridge from our river view room. Only downside was a little noisy at night but nothing out of the ordinary given it was new years and it is right on a busy road

The whole experience was perfect… From check-in to room preparedness, to breakfast choices, to staff attentiveness and helpfulness! The hotel is maintained to a good standard and to a high quality of cleanliness! Staff names to mention: Ms Joey, Mr Hee, Ms Ni and Mr Wang; thank you 😊 Plus the Breakfast Buffet colleague who greeted me each morning, who was unfortunately not on her shift on my check-out day (she is a very valued representative for the hotel) putting guests at ease and being aware of their wants and needs 😊

Hotel new, clean and modern. Room bright, roomy and quiet despite outside can be noisy. Hotel does provide ear plugs to elevate noise level. Buffet breakfast plenty of choices of food and drinks. Staff polite, helpful and hardworking.
